How do I upload files for personalized or custom products like badges?
Answer
Personalized products such as badges often need a data file (like a spreadsheet of names) in addition to artwork. For name badges you can usually upload the Excel or CSV file directly from the cart during ordering; if you do not see an upload option at checkout, email the file to support instead.
- Send the data: email your Excel or CSV file, plus any artwork, to the support address.
- Reference the order: put your order number in the subject line so the file is matched to your order.
- Note the fields: mention which columns map to which variable fields (name, title, etc.) so the team sets up the personalization correctly.
