How do I accept and approve my online proof?

Approving your proof is the green light that sends your job to press, so it is worth a careful look first.

1. Log into your account and open the online proof via the blue proof button near your order.
2. Review it closely and confirm the size, colors, spelling, and layout are exactly right.
3. Click Accept to confirm your review, then click Approve to finalize the order.

• Both steps are required: accepting alone does not print the job, and nothing goes to press until the approval is complete.
• Check the bleed and safe area so nothing important sits too close to the trim.
• Proof the text word by word, since typos cannot be fixed once the job is in production.

The moment you approve, the job moves into production on your selected timeline.
