If your uploaded file looks blurry or has quality issues, the fix is to replace it with a higher-quality version through your account.

• Log in and use the Upload button on your order to reach the file upload page.
• Upload a new, higher-resolution file in place of the blurry one.
• If you have an editable version of the file, upload that too. It lets the team fix design issues such as text sitting too close to the cut line.

Higher-resolution source files (vector art or 300 dpi images) are the most reliable way to avoid blur in the final print.
