What file formats or methods work best for submitting design files?
You can hand off design files in a few different ways depending on how large they are and where you are in the ordering process. Small files can be emailed, larger files should go through a transfer service or be compressed, and files for an active order upload straight to that order in your account.
| Method | Best for |
|---|---|
| Upload through your account | Files tied to an existing order |
| WeTransfer or a file transfer link | Large files too big to email |
| ZIP or file compression | Shrinking a file before sending |
To upload to an order, log in, open the order, and use the Upload button. A few setup tips that help any print job:
- Send a print-ready PDF whenever possible, with fonts embedded or outlined.
- Keep raster images at about 300 DPI at final size so they print sharp.
- Include bleed if your artwork runs to the edge.
If you are unsure which format to send, contact the support team before you upload.
