Can I modify a design from a previous order instead of creating a new one?

Yes. You can start a new order from a previous design instead of building it from scratch, and there are a few ways to do it.

• Open the earlier design in the online designer and make your edits there.
• Or upload an updated file based on your earlier artwork.
• Or ask the team to pull the file from a past order; edits by the art team are a paid service, quoted before they start.

If you want the team to retrieve a previous file, contact support with your order or reference number and they will locate it and help you make the changes.

A reprint from your order history cannot take new artwork on the website, and there is no one-click duplicate and edit. To reorder with changed artwork, contact support; it is placed as a new order, with no reprint discount. Specs such as quantity or paper can be changed on a reprint with the edit option at step 1 of the cart.
