Can you resize my artwork for me?

Yes, in many cases we can attempt to resize your artwork. Reach out to our support team with your files and the details of what you need, and we will let you know whether the art can be scaled cleanly to your chosen product and size.

• Send the files and specs: include the artwork and the final product and size you are ordering.
• Resolution sets the limit: low-resolution images can be scaled down but not enlarged without losing sharpness.
• Vector scales freely: logos and shapes saved as vector art resize to any dimension without quality loss.
• Aspect ratio matters: if your file shape does not match the product, some cropping or added background may be needed.

Files print at the size and orientation you upload; they are not resized automatically, because stretching can soften images and shift the bleed. Resizing or adjusting a file by the art department is a paid service, quoted before any work starts. To do it yourself at no cost, build the file at the product's exact finished size with 0.125" bleed on each side, in CMYK, fix the orientation in your design app, and upload the corrected version.
