Question

What is the most common poster size?

Answer

24" x 36" is the most popular poster size, often called large format, and the default for wall decor, promotional displays, and gallery prints.

Size	Best for
24" x 36"	Most popular, easiest to frame, the go-to for dorm posters, retail displays, and art prints
18" x 24"	Mid-size promos, indoor decor, and events
11" x 17"	Compact, close-viewing posters

Most off-the-shelf frames are built for 24" x 36", and 18" x 24" frames are also widely available, which makes both practical choices when you plan to frame the finished piece
It reads well from across a room yet still fits standard walls
