Can postcards with rounded corners be mailed?
Answer
Rounded-corner postcards can be mailed, but the postal service only allows a specific corner radius for automated processing. Anything outside that spec still ships, it just needs an envelope.

| 1/4" (0.25") | Must be mailed inside an envelope |
| 3/8" (0.375") | Must be mailed inside an envelope |
If your artwork uses a larger radius, plan for envelopes so the batch clears postal handling.
