What paper thickness works best with rounded corners?
Answer
Go with 14pt or thicker. Rounded corners rely on the card having enough body for the curve to look deliberate. On thin stock the rounded edge can read as accidental or flimsy, while a heavier card gives the curve a clean, premium finish you can feel.
