Question
What counts as extreme custom printing?
Answer
Extreme custom printing is a catch-all for specialty products that go beyond standard CMYK ink on basic stock. These techniques add tactile texture and visual impact that flat printing cannot match.
- Foil stamping and metallic accents
- Spot UV and raised UV coating
- Embossing and debossing
- Die cutting into custom shapes
- Glitter and specialty coatings
- Ultra-thick and multi-layer paper stocks
The common thread is that each effect changes how the piece feels in the hand as much as how it looks.
