- Works for: short-term or lightly handled badges, such as event or visitor passes.
- Less ideal for: daily-use badges that need to survive lanyards, clips, and repeated handling.
- Sturdier route: in some cases you can switch to a heavier material after ordering and pay the price difference.
For badges that need to last, a thicker card or a plastic stock holds up far better than a lightweight cover.
