Grain that looks fine on a phone becomes a mottled texture on paper, especially in skies and shadows. Cleaning it before printing gives smooth tones. Slight softness can be sharpened; real motion blur cannot be fully undone.

What is the difference between noise and blur?
Noise is the speckle a camera adds in low light. Blur is detail the lens never caught. This tool reduces both, but it cannot invent detail that was never there.
