Turn a Plain Table Into Your Booth
Pull it over the bare 6 or 8 foot table the venue gives you and the fabric falls down the front and sides, so the folding table becomes your branded booth. We print it in-house on heavyweight 9oz premium polyester and sew a 1 inch hem on every side, which keeps it in shape from one show to the next. One cover costs $225, and buyers rate it 4.8 out of 5 across 16 reviews.
A booth with three tables, or a team that sends two sets to shows in different cities, pays less for each cover than a single order does, down to $197.30 at 50. The 26 tiers below give the total at each count.
What Is a Satin Table Cover
A satin table cover is a printed fabric cover that drapes over a standard event table, made here from 9oz premium polyester with a smooth satin finish and hemmed 1" on all sides. Your logo and artwork print across the fabric. Exhibitors use them at trade shows, expos, job fairs, farmers markets and product demos, where a bare table makes the booth look unfinished. If you want the display to stand tall behind the table too, the Fabric Tube Displays pair with a cover to finish the booth.
What Size Table Does It Fit
There are 2 sizes, one for each table length you find at a show. The 84" x 126.5" cover, the default, fits a standard 6-foot table, and the 84" x 150.5" cover fits a standard 8-foot table. Both cover the top and drop down the sides. Ask the venue which table length it supplies before you order. The spec, both sizes and the material appear below in the configurator's order.
What Is It Made Of
We make every satin table cover from the same 9oz premium polyester, a heavyweight fabric with a smooth satin look. The weight lets it hang straight without bunching, and the 1" hem on all four sides keeps the edges clean after you fold it, ship it and set it up again. There is one material, and we print it in-house to your artwork.
How Much Do Satin Table Covers Cost
One satin table cover costs $225. Six covers run $1,305, which is $217.50 apiece, and a 50-cover order comes to $9,865, or $197.30 each, across 26 quantity steps. Every order earns 4OVER4 loyalty coins you can apply for up to 12% off next time. Set the slider below to the number of tables you cover and read the total and the per-cover cost together.
Wally dresses your table for the show
One 9oz polyester cover, priced from $225, that makes a folding table look like a booth.
A satin table cover wraps a plain 6-foot or 8-foot table in your brand, printed on heavyweight 9oz polyester with a clean 1 inch hem on every side. Order from $225, drop the per-cover price by ordering more, and Wally prints it in as fast as next day.
How Fast Can You Get Them
Standard production is 4 business days, which keeps the price at its lowest. When the show date is closer than that, you can move up to 3-day, 2-day, or Next-day production for a set amount on top of the base, so you only pay for speed when you need it. Before anything prints, request a free online proof to check your artwork, or send it Straight To Production when your file is ready to go.
How Do They Compare to Other Trade Show Gear
A satin table cover brands the table, and a booth needs more than that. If you are also pricing a taller display or badges for the team, the chart below puts satin table covers beside their closest trade show siblings with the starting price of each. Take a look at Event Badges and Counter Cards too if you are outfitting the whole booth.

Satin Table Covers: Frequently Asked Questions
What gives this cover its satin look?
It prints on one heavyweight 9oz premium polyester with a satin finish, produced in-house. The satin surface reads softer under booth and stage lighting than a flat matte cloth, which suits a reception or a launch table.
How far down does the cover hang?
It slips over a bare 6 or 8 foot table and drops down the front and sides, so the table legs and anything stored underneath stay hidden. That is what turns rented furniture into a finished display.
How is the edge finished?
The cover is hemmed a full inch on every side. The sewn hem adds weight at the edge, which keeps the drop hanging straight after the cover has been folded and carried between shows.
Which size do I need?
Match the cover to the table: the 84 by 126.5 inch cover fits a standard 6-foot table and the 84 by 150.5 inch cover fits a standard 8-foot table. Both print on 9oz premium polyester with a 1 inch hem on every side. Confirm the table length the venue supplies before you order.
Is it cheaper to buy several covers at once?
One cover is $225, and the per-cover price keeps dropping as the count climbs, down to $197.30 each at 50 covers. A set for a multi-table event or a full season of shows costs far less per cover than a single order.
Can I approve the design before printing?
Yes, a free online proof is available before printing, alongside the option to send artwork straight to production. Use the proof when you want to see exactly where the logo lands on the top versus the drop.
