Hand Out a Card That Never Wears Out
Paper cards crease in a pocket and go soft in a wallet. This one is a solid vinyl card in credit card territory: it shrugs off a spilled drink, resists tearing and snaps flat again. Use it as a VIP card at the door, a membership or loyalty card, or a premium business card. Paper cards of every weight are on business cards printing.
Five hundred cards cost $130.72, so doubling a 250 run adds about five and a half dollars, and 1,000 come to $163.67. The tiers below show each set total.
Clear, Frosted and White
Rigid plastic and rigid vinyl name the same card stock. The white is opaque, so full color reads as it does on paper and small type stays crisp. The frosted lets light through but not detail, so bold marks and heavy type carry better than fine grey text. On the clear, white is not an ink, so anything left unprinted is a window and whatever sits behind the card becomes the background.
Which Size Fits Where
| Size | Best for |
|---|---|
| 2" x 3.5" | A cardholder or a stack with everyone else's cards |
| 2.125" x 3.375" | Membership and loyalty cards that live in a wallet slot, where a bank card sits |
| 2" x 3.5" oval | Standing out in a stack; keep the art simple inside the curve |
| 2.5" x 2.5" | A square token for events and handouts |
The panel below lists the stock, ink, corner and proof choices.
Put both sides to work
With 4/4 the logo and name go on the front and a QR code, hours or a member number on the back. On clear and frosted stock the front shows through the plastic, so plan the two sides together. How Much Do Rigid Plastic Business Cards Cost

Wally prints a card that will not quit
Why a stack of 20-point plastic cards outlasts every paper one in the drawer.

Rigid plastic business cards start at $125.22 for 250, printed on waterproof 20-point vinyl in white, frosted, or clear. They survive wallets, water, and years of handling, so you print once. Pick a stock, set your size, and Wally makes a card people keep for good.
How Do Rigid Plastic Cards Compare to the Rest of the Range
Plastic Business Cards and Clear Business Cards use the same three 20-point vinyls; 30mil clear plastic cards are thicker, closer to a gift card, from 500; and metal business cards are the heavier finish. The panel below sets this card beside Standard, Kraft and Die-Cut Business Cards.

Rigid Plastic Business Cards: Frequently Asked Questions
What is the thickest paper for business cards?
This card is not paper at all: it is one solid sheet of vinyl rather than a laminated sandwich, so there is no edge to peel. For heavy paper, the thick cover stocks live on the other business card pages.
Can I get square corners?
No. Every rigid plastic card is cut with rounded corners, so pick the 1/8" radius for a near-square look or the 1/4" radius for a softer one.
