Backlit film glows in a lightbox or a bright window. Semi gloss or gloss canvas gives a mural a textured, painterly feel, and 7mil weatherproof polypropylene handles a porch, a yard display, or an outdoor scene in the rain. For a quick indoor print, the 10mil semi gloss and hi gloss papers and the 32# bright white uncoated keep it simple.
On a busy storefront wall, add lamination over the weatherproof or blockout stock for scuff and moisture protection. An indoor accent wall can go without it.
