Bar Bat Mitzvah Banners

Bar mitzvah banners and bat mitzvah banners here are full-color vinyl banners with the teen's name and the date, on 13oz. Outdoor Vinyl or 15oz. BlackOut Vinyl, finished to hang the way the room needs.

Give the Bar or Bat Mitzvah a Banner Worth Keeping

The moment the teen's name goes up on the wall, the party has its center, and every camera in the room finds it. The family gathers under it for the photos, and afterward you roll it up and keep it. Birthday, church and business banners share pre-designed banners with this one.

Twins sharing the day, or a synagogue ordering for the season, can put up to 100 banners on one order.

What Is a Bar or Bat Mitzvah Banner

It is the photo backdrop, the welcome piece over the entrance, or the centerpiece behind the candle-lighting display, carrying the teen's name, the date and a design you choose. For entrance wording, borrow from our welcome home banner ideas; for a plain everyday piece, see the Indoor Banners.

Bar Mitzvah Banner Ideas

• Name and Hebrew date. The boy's name set large, his Hebrew name underneath, and the Hebrew date beside the civil one. Send Hebrew text with the fonts converted to outlines so the characters and the right to left order arrive as you set them.
• Star of David and Torah motifs. A Star of David watermarked behind the name, a Torah scroll or tallit stripe along one edge, or the parashah he read printed small under the date, kept behind the type so the name still carries the banner.
• Sports and gaming themes. A jersey with his name and the number 13, a scoreboard layout, or a game menu screen with the party as the level.
• Step and repeat photo walls. His name and a monogram tiled across the banner at an angle, spaced so a phone camera catches at least two full repeats.
• Candle lighting board. The honors in order, one line each with a short dedication, in a single column with generous spacing so the reader does not lose their place.

Bat Mitzvah Banner Ideas

• Florals and pastels. A soft field of blooms with the name reversed out in a clean serif; pastels read lighter on vinyl than on a screen, so keep the type a shade or two darker.
• Glitter and metallic looks. Gold, rose gold and sequin textures print as artwork, not foil, so use a high resolution texture and keep the highlights behind the name.
• Name monograms. Her initials locked into one mark, with the full name and date underneath, repeated on the menus and signage so the room looks designed.
• Photo timeline. Twelve or thirteen photos from baby to today, each with a year under it, on the longest size you can hang so the faces stay large.
• Dessert table backdrop. Sized to the table plus a foot on either side, with the name at the top, since the lower third disappears behind the food.

How Much Do Bar Bat Mitzvah Banners Cost

The price rises as you go wider, and the BlackOut Vinyl and added hems or pole pockets add to the total, which updates as you add each one. A free online proof lets you sign off on the name and date before anything prints.

What Sizes Do Bar Bat Mitzvah Banners Come In

Pick the size from where the banner hangs. A 2' x 4' suits a doorway, a welcome table or a stretch of wall between windows. A 2' x 10' reads the length of a hall over the dance floor or the head table. A photo wall needs a custom size wide enough for three people shoulder to shoulder and tall enough that a phone held upright catches the banner, not the ceiling. For a doorway, measure the frame and order inside it, since a banner folded around a frame creases and never hangs flat.
