Question
What are variable data cards and is there a fee?
Answer
Variable data cards are cards printed in one run where each card carries different content instead of every card being identical. The base design stays the same while tagged fields change from card to card.
- Typical variable elements include unique names, numbers, images, or short text.
- It suits membership, loyalty, gift, and event cards that need individual details.
- There is an additional variable data file fee for this service, on top of standard print costs.
Send a detailed description of your variable data needs, including how many unique fields and records you have, to get a custom quote.
