Yes. You, the customer, are responsible for proofreading and inspecting every file before approving it for production, since 4OVER4 prints exactly what you approve.

• Check spelling, grammar, and all copy for accuracy.
• Confirm layout, images, colors, and design details are correct.
• Verify contact info, dates, prices, and any numbers.

4OVER4 is not responsible for errors that appear in the final print once you approve, so review carefully before submitting.

If you approve a proof that still contains an error, a corrected reprint is a new order at your cost, though support can send a courtesy discount. When in doubt, reject the proof and ask for a revision rather than approving something you are unsure about.
