Question
Can you make the border on roll labels smaller?
Answer
Roll labels need a small gap between each label so they dispense cleanly and the die can cut them, so the border can be reduced but not removed entirely.
- A minimum matrix (the gap between labels) is required for accurate die-cutting and smooth feeding.
- We can tighten the spacing, but a hairline of liner has to remain around each label.
- Share your label size and we'll advise the smallest border we can hold.
