What should I include when submitting files for a custom die-cut product?

A custom die-cut order needs the dieline file above all else, since that outline tells production the exact shape to cut.

• Include the dieline: submit the dieline so the team knows precisely how the die-cut should be shaped.
• Send it with your art: upload the dieline alongside your other design files during the order process.
• Missing dieline = hold: without it the order is placed on hold until you provide it, which can delay production.
• Match art to the shape: make sure your design aligns with the dieline so nothing important lands outside the cut.
