Question
What should I do if I receive a suspicious email claiming to be from 4OVER4?
Answer
Phishing emails sometimes impersonate 4OVER4, so treat any message with unusual links or requests with caution. When in doubt, do not interact with the email and verify it through official 4OVER4 channels instead.
- Do not click any links or download attachments in a suspicious message.
- If you already clicked a link, change your email password right away and enable any extra security you feel is warranted.
- Report the email to 4OVER4 support so the team is aware of the impersonation attempt.
- Verify any legitimate-looking request by contacting 4OVER4 through the official site rather than replying to the email.
