What's the cutoff time for same-day printing?

The same-day cutoff is 12pm ET. Same-day orders must be approved by noon, and they ship the same day from our NYC facility. Orders approved later count as approved the next business day.

• Same-day appears as a turnaround option in the instant price calculator.
• Most products offer it; the calculator shows it when your product, size and quantity qualify, and a priority charge applies.
• The order must be placed, print-ready and approved by 12pm ET.
• Cutoff times can change, so confirm the current cutoff on the product page or with support before you order.

Approved means the order is placed, paid and, if you chose a proof, the proof is approved; an item in the cart does not count. Weekends and closed holidays are not business days. Same-day is a ship date, not a delivery date: arrival depends on the shipping method, and same-day pickup at the plant is also possible. On any other turnaround, the ship date follows the turnaround you pick, counted from approval, and the calculator shows the Estimated Completion Day.
