Question
What is my username for 4OVER4?
Answer
Your 4OVER4 username is simply the email address you used to create your account. There is no separate login name to remember.
- Log in and verify: use that email, with your password, to log in or verify your account.
- Same inbox: order updates, proofs and invoices are sent to that email.
- Not sure which email: check for sign-up or order confirmation emails from 4OVER4, or ask support to confirm the address on file.
- Forgot password: click Forgot Password on the login page, log in with the temporary password you receive by email, then reset it to one you choose.
- Lost that email: contact support with your name and order details.
Keeping your login email current makes it easy to receive proofs and order updates.
