Question
Can templates be sent to me via email if I'm having trouble downloading them?
Answer
Yes. If a template will not download, you can request it by email instead. Contact 4OVER4 support, tell them the product and size, and ask for the template in the format you prefer.
- Name the exact product and finished size you need.
- Request your preferred format, such as PSD, AI, or PDF.
- Support will email the template so you can start designing right away.
