Can I update my artwork after submitting it?
Answer
Yes. You can send updated artwork any time before your order moves into production. Because files are only swapped during that pre-production window, it is best to send corrections the moment you spot them.
- Before you approve the proof: click Reject Proofs, describe the changes in the comments, and upload the corrected file to the same order. A rep checks the newest upload and posts a new proof, so there is no need to contact support.
- If you chose a proof, nothing prints until you approve the new one.
- After you approve the proof: contact support with your order number to request the change.
- A change that alters the specs, such as one-sided to two-sided, can change the price.
- Once production has started, files can no longer be changed, so speed matters.
