Bulk pricing rewards volume per design, not your combined spend across several different designs. So splitting one large quantity into multiple smaller design-specific orders usually costs more in total than running a single design at the full quantity.

• Each design is priced at its own quantity tier: the quantity counts per design, and the calculator's Total Sets field multiplies it.
• Two runs of 500 different designs are priced as two 500-piece jobs, not as one 1,000-piece job.
• If several designs share the same specs, ask whether they can be ganged or combined to recover some efficiency.

When you truly need multiple designs, discuss the full project so the most cost-effective setup can be found.
