Can I download or share proofs with my client?
Answer
Proofs do not have a download button, but you can still share them with a client or teammate for sign-off.
- Open the proof in your account and take a screenshot of the front and back, saved as a JPG.
- For a file copy, email support with your order number and ask for a PDF of the proof.
- A screenshot is for reference only, since screen colors will not match the print exactly.
- Use the official proof in your account for final approval once your client confirms.
