Why can't I select local pickup as a shipping option?
Answer
Local pickup only appears when the product is being produced at the facility you can pick up from. If pickup is missing from your options, the item is being made somewhere else.
- Some products are not produced at the Astoria facility.
- During busy periods, production may be routed to one of our other facilities.
- When that happens, local pickup is not offered for that order.
If pickup matters for your order, contact support to confirm where the product is produced and what delivery options are available.
