How do I select a shipping method during checkout?

You choose your shipping method at step 2 of the checkout cart, after your product and address are in place. Available methods populate based on your destination and product.

• Reach step 2 of the cart to see the shipping selection.
• No options showing? Some services, like local messenger, are limited by area, so they may not appear for every ZIP code.
• Fallback methods: ground or basic shipping are broadly available when faster local options are not.

If you expected a method that is missing, save your address first to refresh the rates, or contact support to have it added manually.

Pick the saved or new address first, then the method; faster methods cost more but shorten transit. Customer Pickup at our facility is one of the methods, with no shipping fee, and messenger delivery covers Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.
