What happens if part of my order ships separately?

Depending on what you ordered, items can leave the facility at different times. In-stock pieces may ship right away while others are still in production or come from a different plant, so a single order can arrive in more than one delivery.

• In-stock items may ship immediately, ahead of made-to-order pieces.
• Products made at different facilities can travel separately.
• Each shipment gets its own tracking so you can follow every piece.
