How will I know when my order ships?
Answer
You do not have to keep checking on your own. As soon as the order leaves the facility, 4OVER4 sends a notification email confirming it has shipped, along with the details you need to follow it.
- A shipment email is sent automatically once the order ships.
- The email carries shipping details and tracking information.
- Use the tracking to watch the package the rest of the way.
- Make sure the email on file is current so the notice reaches you.
You can also see the current status on the order page in your account. Allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan; an order with several boxes has one tracking number per box. If no shipment email arrives when expected, contact support.
