Can you add a free sample pack to my order that I just placed?

Our Sample Department runs separately from Print Production, so a sample pack cannot reliably be merged into an order that is already in the queue. The two are picked, produced, and shipped by different teams.
- Sample packs and print jobs travel on different fulfillment paths, so they rarely ship together.
- Place a separate free sample pack request and it will go out on its own timeline.
- This keeps your paid order moving without waiting on the sample step.
- Sample packs generally take 2 to 4 business days to process and ship.
