Can I reorder cards with a new design?

Yes, but not through the Reprint option: the website has no option to upload new artwork to a reprint, so contact support.

• Log into your account and open Order History.
• Find the order number of the previous job.
• Do not select Reprint for a new design, since a reprint cannot take new artwork.
• Contact 4OVER4 customer support with that order number and your new print-ready file.

You can also start a fresh order that matches the same specifications from your previous job (size, paper type, and finish) and upload the new file there, or contact 4OVER4 customer support with the new design and your previous order number so they set up an order matching your earlier specs. Referencing the correct previous order ensures production matches the right product setup.

On a straight reprint you can still change the size, quantity, paper or options with the edit option at step 1 of the cart. A reorder with new artwork is a new order, with no reprint discount, and a new online proof is posted for you to approve. If you only need text changed, such as a new phone number, send support the previous order number and the exact changes; edits made by the art team are quoted before any work starts.
