Question
What type of files do you accept for Raised Spot UV Greeting Cards?
Answer
For the full-color (CMYK) side of your Raised Spot UV Greeting Cards, a print-ready PDF is what we recommend. A PDF locks in your fonts, colors and layout exactly as you designed them, which keeps the print true to your file. A few other formats work too.
- PDF (print-ready) - preferred. Keeps type, spot colors and layout intact
- JPG - accepted. Flatten and export at high resolution
- TIFF - accepted. Good for high-detail raster artwork
- EPS - accepted. Ideal for vector-based designs
- Note: the raised spot UV effect also needs its own Black Mask file in addition to your CMYK artwork
