Question

Is there a cost for viewing an online proof before I approve my order?

Answer

No, viewing an online proof is free. A complimentary digital proof is offered so you can review and sign off on your design before it goes to press, at no extra charge.

  • The online proof itself carries no fee.
  • It is posted to your account as a digital preview of your printed piece.
  • You can review colors, layout, and text before approving.
  • Production does not begin until you approve the proof.

Requesting a proof is a smart step even when your file looks final, since it is the last checkpoint before printing and it costs nothing to use.
