After you reject a proof and leave comments, a file representative reviews your notes and prepares a corrected proof. New proofs are usually posted quickly, and you will get an email once the updated version is ready to review.

• Be specific in your comments (text changes, color, placement) so the rep can apply them accurately the first time.
• Each revised proof is posted back to your account for approval before the job prints.
• Requests made outside business hours are typically handled the next business day.
