Where can I find the price for my order?
Answer
The price for a specific order lives in your account under "My Orders." Opening the order breaks the total down so you can see the product cost separately from any extra fees.
- Go to My Orders: find the order in your account.
- Click the Job ID: this opens the full price detail for that order.
- See the breakdown: the view shows the product cost plus additional fees such as shipping.
If a charge is unclear, contact support with your Job ID and we will explain the line items.
