If you placed an order a while ago and want to match it exactly, support can pull the original specifications from your order history. All you need is the old order number.
Once they locate it, they can confirm details such as:
- Finished dimensions and orientation
- Stock type, weight, and coating or finish
- Any custom settings, folds, or special options used
- The quantity you ran last time
With those specs confirmed, you can reorder the same item so it matches your previous job without guesswork. To use new artwork on it, send the file to support, since the website has no option to upload new artwork on a reprint.
