When does production start on my order?

Production begins once everything needed to print is in hand. The two gates are your final approval and any required payment, and the clock does not start until both are cleared. Placing the order alone does not start it, the approval does.

• Final proof approval: approving means you agree the artwork is finalized and no further changes are needed. You receive a notification once your approval is registered.
• Required deposits: any deposit or payment authorization tied to the order must be received.
• Then it queues: with approvals and deposits complete, the job enters the production queue, typically the day after approval.

Because approval locks the artwork, double-check spelling, colors, and layout before you sign off, and approve promptly to keep your timeline on track.
