How do I approve my order and move it to production?

Once your files are uploaded, we post a free online proof for you to check. Log in, confirm the proof looks right, and approve it to release the job into production.

• Log into your account and open the order.
• Open the free online proof and review every detail.
• Approve the proof to send the job to press.
• Only the account holder can approve an order to start printing.

If your order included a physical proof, inspect the printed piece closely for color, trim, and content, then confirm your approval by email or through your account. You usually do not need to mail the proof back, since proofs are kept on file, and the job releases to production once your approval is confirmed.
