What should I do if I get a 'Bad Request' error when trying to checkout?
A "Bad Request" error when you click "Continue to Checkout" is almost always a browser or session hiccup rather than a problem with your design or your order. In most cases a quick refresh of your browser state clears it.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then close and reopen the browser before trying checkout again.
- Try the order in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) or in a private/incognito window to rule out a stored session issue.
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions that can interfere with the checkout form.
- Make sure your cart still holds the correct items and quantities after logging back in.
If the error keeps coming back after those steps, contact our customer support team with your account email and the product details. They can place the order for you manually or investigate what is blocking the checkout.
The same fix works if the error appears while browsing, or says a request header field exceeds the server limit: that message comes from oversized stored cookies.
