What happens to my order after production is complete?
Answer
Once your job finishes production, it moves straight into shipping. There is a short handoff from the print floor to the carrier, and you are kept in the loop by email.
- Boxing: the finished order is packed and prepared for transit.
- Label and dispatch: a shipping label is printed and the package is handed to the carrier on your order.
- Tracking notification: you receive a tracking email so you can follow the shipment.
Use the tracking information to monitor progress, and contact support if the status does not update as expected.
