Question
How do I order a sample pack if I'm not receiving the text code?
Answer
Yes. If the SMS code never arrives, support can mail the pack without it.
- Give the support team your full mailing address.
- They send the sample pack directly, with no text code required.
- This is the workaround whenever the verification text fails.
- The pack ships to the address you provide.
