Question

Can I order a free sample pack more than once?

Answer

Yes. If you have ordered a free sample pack before, you can still get another one, but you will have to contact support to get it.

  • Check whether your account already shows a previous sample pack order
  • Contact support if you need another set of samples
  • The kit holds the same 50 finish samples each time
  • They can advise on options for a repeat request

Support can review your account and help you get the samples you need.
