How do I request a sample packet before placing an order?

A free sample packet is available before you order, so you can evaluate stocks and finishes first. Request it on the free samples request form and provide a mailing address.

• Delivery: the packet is mailed via USPS, without tracking.
• Confirm your address: double-check it beforehand, since mail delivery issues are outside 4OVER4's control once the packet ships.
• Allow time: give a few days for standard mail delivery.
• Local pickup: in the New York area you can ask to collect it at the Queens office, where pickups run Monday to Friday from 10 am, with the last pickup between 5:00 and 6:00 pm EST.
