Why does my order show invalid payment info even though I think I already paid?
Answer
An invalid payment message usually means the order still needs a fresh authorization before it can go to print, even if you believe it was already paid.
- Update your payment information in your account to clear the error.
- The system may require re-authorization before the order can be approved and sent to print.
- Resubmit after updating the details. This is a normal part of the order authorization process.
- If the error stays after you update the card, contact support with your order number.
