Why am I being asked for payment information even though my order includes free items?

Seeing a payment prompt on an order that includes something free is normal whenever the order also carries a paid line item. The system asks for card details to cover only the portion that is not free.
- Open your cart and read each line separately, since a free product and a paid promotional add-on can sit side by side in the same order.
- The total shown at checkout reflects only the paid items plus any applicable shipping and tax.
- If your entire order should be free, remove the paid line item and the payment step will drop off.
Once you confirm which items require payment, enter your card for the paid balance and the order will move forward to proofing and print.
