Only on an approved account. A standard online order is paid with a credit card or another accepted method at checkout, while pay-later invoicing is set up separately for businesses and organizations the team approves.

In rare cases, when paying from an emailed invoice is a firm requirement, management can approve it case by case: ask support with your order details and why an invoice is needed. The invoice must be paid before printing starts.
