If the order has not yet been authorized for production, you cannot change the paper type, finish or quantity yourself, but you can update the shipping and billing information from your account, or cancel the order.
To change the paper or finish, contact our support team directly to see if the change is still possible. We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is finalized.
