Can I request to stop or modify an order before it's printed?
Answer
If you spot an error or need to change your printing specifications, contact customer support as soon as possible.
- Reach out with your order details and the changes needed.
- Adjustments before printing are often possible.
- Some changes add cost, such as adding extra color sides or different specifications.
- Submit any updated files along with your request.
Support works Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST: call or text 718-932-2700 or email support@4over4.com as soon as the team is available. If the job has not started production, the team can often pull it from the queue for corrections. You can also cancel an order before it prints for a full refund.
